Ekrem is an academic leader with a PhD in Social Policy, currently teaching Labor Economics, Introduction to Business, Principles of Microeconomics, Labor Relations History, Marketing Management, Human Resources Management, and Employee Branding, delivered on a per-course (hourly) basis, allowing him to combine practical insights with rigorous social policy research. His research focuses on labor markets, social policy, and organizational management, with an emphasis on how these areas intersect with business education and practice. Ekrem is actively participating in international academic collaborations, conferences, and workshops, presenting his work to a global audience.
He strives to bring innovative teaching approaches, cross-disciplinary perspectives, and global insights to his clients, fostering inclusive, research-driven learning environments.
